Who doesn’t love Smoothies? They’re perfect to boost your immune system in the morning  or right after your workout to energize, fuel and help your organism recover. 

Green smoothies are great alternative for all people who are allergic or intolerant to traditional dairy containing smoothies!

Smoothie’s color depends on the density of nutrients in particular ingredient. We have 3 types of Smoothies for you today: Pink, Green and Dark that contain great amounts of proteins and antioxidants!

Green Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

– 1 cup of Kale

– 1 tbsp of Wheatgrass @OrganicBurst

– 1 tbsp of Spirulina Powder @OrganicBurst

– 1/2 Banana

– 2 tbsp of Rich Roll’s Vegan Protein Powder

– 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds

–  1/2 Apple

– 2 cups of Almond Milk/Water

Pink Smoothie – Rapsberries & Goji Berries

– 1 cup of Frozen or Fresh Rapsberrie

– 1 Banana

– 1 tbsp of Goji Berries

– 1 tbsp of Wheatgrass Powder (doesn’t change the color in this proportion!)

–  1 cup of Water/Almond Milk

– Coconut Milk for extra smoothness

NOTES: Add Spinach, Parsley or Kale if you want to make it a bit greener 🙂

Dark Chocolate Smoothie

– 1 cup of Kale

–  1 tbsp of Organic Cocoa

– 1 tbsp of Wheatgrass @OrganicBurst

– 1 tbsp of Spirulina

– 1 Banana

– 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk

– 1 cup of water

– 1/2 Apple

NOTES: For extra sweetness you can add Raw Honey, Stevia or Agave Syrup
