I think we all secretly always wait for Victoria’s Secret Angles to star in campaigns other than the VS ones. It’s now most usually happening to Candice Swanepoel and Miranda Kerr (who is actually a former Angel, as hard as it is to believe), but when it comes to Adriana Lima we don’t get to see her too often posing in something else than lingerie. So we’re really glad she kicked it off in the new Donna Karan campaign!
The pictures taken for that add are the essence of boho style and Lima looks like a modern Pocahontas, only without the restrictive father – she’s free to go and do as she please. Now isn’t that what you call an independent woman? No one else could pull off such a fearless and self-confident look better that this temperamental supermodel!
Adriana Lima’s mysterious partner is Andres Velencoso Segura, but let’s face it – he’s not the one you’re looking at on those pictures…
