Fashion Throw Back Tursday strikes again, this time with more artsy approach! First thing (or person) that comes to your mind while looking at those pictures? Yes, correct. Gustav Klimt.
Beautiful, full of passion shoot for Vogue Italia (December 2007) – how can it not be “full of passion” if the photographer is Steven Meisel? And let’s not forget about those, who had the difficult task to portray Klimtesque visions, and they are: Lara Stone, Meghan Collison, Kinga Rajzak, Maryna Linchuk and Hanne-Gaby Odiele.
The title of editorial is “Vogue Patterns”, which seems to be quite appropriate. Do you like the shoot? Personally, I’m not a very big fan of Klimt’s avant-garde paintings, but the compositions on the photos – whole different story! Love it. And it’s so… Messy 🙂
