After an unforgettable evening of gorgeous music spectacles and history-in-the-making moments at the 65th annual Grammy Awards, we take a look back at the iconic fashion moments that we’ll be reminiscing over for years to come.
Kim Petras
Kim made history at the 65th annual Grammy Awards as the first openly transgender woman to win a Grammy (we would like to mention the transgender musician Wendy Carlos who also won a Grammy in 1970, but only came out publicly as trans in 1979). In an emotional speech she thanked those who had helped her get to this stage, including all the “incredible transgender legends before me who kicked these doors open for me so I could be here”. Kim stunned in a red vintage dress by Victor Costa.

Sam Smith
Non-binary icon Sam Smith took home a Grammy for Best Pop duo/Group performance for their collaboration with Kim Petras on single hit ‘Unholy’. Sam wore a stunning custom-made Valentino red dress that swept the floor in all its glory.

Lizzo
Lizzo took home a Grammy for Record of the Year for her groovy track, “About Damn Time”. She accepted the award in a jaw-dropping custom-made silver lamé ruched dress with puffy, sculptured sleeves.

Doja Cat
Rap sensation Doja Cat donned an ink black Versace gown with a flared skirt and matching black gloves that gives us sultry, moody, gothic. We. Love.

Adele
Adele proudly brandished her Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance in a beautiful custom-made red velvet Louis Vuitton dress with a striking sculptural collar.

Cardi B
Cardi B graced the red carpet in a custom royal blue Gaurav Gupta gown with a voluminous structured shoulder detail.
