Copenhagen fashion week kicked off on Tuesday, and the world has since been awed at the newest trends that Danish brands have to offer. Both established and new designers like Cecile Bahnsen, Rotate, Saks Potts and Ganni showed off there latest bouts of creativity with both fun and funky pieces. A big takeaway from the show was color, often boldly paired in different combinations that gave a lighthearted, playful appearance. Here are some of our favorite street style trends spotted during the week:
The Fruit Salad Combo
The lime and tangerine pairing in this outfit is a perfect example of the bold color combinations spotted on Danes this week. These colors give off an almost fruit salad-like appearance, with playful coloring and a multicolor bag to pull the outfit together.
The Micro-Trender
This outfit embodies what many fashionistas have been sporting throughout the week, which is a collection of micro-trends pulled together in one outfit. This animal print dress, neutral sandals and basketweave bag all point to different popular looks this summer.
The Minimalist
Less is more, they say, and this outfit proves that minimal detail is acceptable and trendy this summer. The white dress with simple black sunglasses, purse and sandals pull together a remarkably simple yet classy look.
The “Little Miss Sunshine”
If this outfit doesn’t feel like a little ray of sunshine of sunshine then we’re not sure what will. Both vibrant dandelion and a floral dress, pulled together with bright accessories and a bucket hat, this outfit can make anyone’s day a little bit brighter.
