The Lego Movie didn’t get any nomination but still made an appearance at the Oscars as a Lego Oscar that was passed around. And even went to an after party with Oprah. That’s one LUCKY Lego.
- Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga is known to have performances that are out this world but she stunningly and beautifully sung a medley from “The Sound of Music” in an angelic white gown. After her performance Julie Andrews came on the stage to thank Gaga. And before presenting the Best Original Score, Andrews said “It really warmed my heart.” If I may add it warmed all our hearts!

Now we know the red carpet at any Awards is a hit or miss. And yesterday was another one of Hollywoods biggest nights and it certainly did not disappoint us. Also in a Elie Saab, Jennifer Lopez wore a beautiful princess gown. This nude dress had a plunging neckline, beaded details and a long train. She shows off her features with her hair slicked back in a low ponytail and dark eye makeup. Lopez can do no wrong!
Talking about who can do no wrong, Lupita showed up in a custom Calvin Klein gown with a plunging neckline with a sexy keyhole cutout and 6,000 pearls! YES her dress is made out of PEARLS. Needless to say Lupita was flawless, pairing the look with Chopard jewelry.
At her first Oscars, Rita Ora looked stunning in her Marchesa gown. This royal blue fishtail gown that features gold crystal embroidery at the top and her waist line is like every little girls dream. Finishing off the look with Gorgeous Bulgari and Lorraine Schwartz gold jewels, Ora killed the red carpet. And later showing off a little bit of her assets at the after party.
Reese Witherspoon didn’t win Best Actress in a Leading Role but she is winning Best Gown award, showing off some shoulder in a black and white fitted chic gown from Tom Ford. She surely doesn’t disappoint when she hits the red carpet.
We all are wowed by Anna Kendrick in a custom coral Thakoon gown with a jeweled neckline. This definitely allowed her to show some skin in a very tasteful way. She was also flawless from head to toe adding Brian Atwood shoes and Norman Silverman jewelry.
