We were taken down digital lane with Clio Peppiatt’s SS16 collection presentation at London Fashion Week this weekend. Think space motifs, hell lot of fur and exploding vibrant shades.. with a dip glitter. Heavily inspired by space-fanatic films classics, such as Blade Runner, Mars Attacks and The Fifith Element, creates your Sci-fi meets 60’s chick, bringing the 1960 & 1970 current trend to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL. The playful graphics of spaceships and cats is just a small step into Clio Peppiatt’s dream world.
Her experimentation with ranges of textures, colour and illustration, creates an exciting new level to London Fashion Week this season. Not to mention the in-built phone charger within the accessories, making the internet girl constantyly on the go. With the ‘cartoon’ inspired TV’s, ‘cat chasing computer mouse’ illustrations, and UFO’s, gives the presentation a true essence of stepping into digital reality.
