Think sexy, modern and oriental. With the delayed wait at the start of the show, the overall collection was worth waiting for.
Starting the show with silks and embroidery, the collection started with a true essence of a geisha, with a modern twist. We saw draps, backs on full slow and flattering figures for the modern woman.
With a selection of fabrics from silks, mesh and even lace with collection showed complete variety. Shades of red, lilac, yellow, pale blues and whites the palette also held the culture of Japan.
On the other spectrum of the collection, there was a cool summer side. With pastel shades, Garcia showcased two pieces, with flowing kimonos and tassles.
Overall the collection held culture, and was rich with experimented fabric use. A big must see from the week of LFW.
