Indian Fashion designer, Manish Arora, who was the appointed creative director of the womenswear collection of the French fashion house, Paco Rabbane, demonstrates his keen taste in vivid¬†and energetic colours in his SS16 collection at Paris Fashion Week along with an energetic show to match. An inferno of beautifully embellished garments, creating a fun like theme towards the collection, with a less sports luxe approach and a more fairytale and 70’s pop style twist.¬†

Frills, cropped jackets, layering and ditsy pop patterns, we are definitely seeing a new take on chic 70’s by Manish Arora for 2016. Arora also incorporated the distinct ‘gypsy’ theme into his collection with the unmistakable layered skirts, the off-the-shoulder Esmerelda tops, psychedelic patterns along with embellishments such as fluorescent plastic flowers, gold accessories and mirrored sequins. Arora’s collection is definitely not for the faint hearted – that’s for sure!
