This small café in the heart of Shoreditch has indeed a peculiar policy according to which you will not pay for what you get but for the amount of time you spend in. At your arrival, you will be given a clock and you will return it at the end of your stay in order to calculate the amount of time you spent in there. Ziferblat is not like any other cafés. You will have to make your own coffee (or tea or whatever you prefer) yourself, you will be able to use the fridge and get anything that has been left there by previous customers.
