3 Healthiest Breakfast Options that you should try

When it comes to breakfast, it should be the biggest meal of the day. Our organism has tendency to naturally digests food in a proper way from very early in the morning. The best time to eat breakfast is from 7-9 am, this is the time when our stomack frees the most digestive enzimes and our brain needs carbohydrates to start off the day with great energy.

If you’re a person that values breakfasts (or wants to learn how to do it), here are 3 healthy options that will help to warm, nourish and energize yourself in the morning.

Chocolate Quinoa with Coconut Milk, Almonds and Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:

– 1 cup of cooked Quinoa

– 1 cup of Coconut Milk (Almond Milk suits perfectly)

– 1 tbsp of Organic Cocoa

– 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds

– Few almonds

– Raw Honey/Sugar Free Jam for extra sweetness

Cook 1 Cup of Quinoa in 2 cups of water for app 40 minutes with turmeric,  ginger and cinnamon for extra flavour and colour, at the end of cooking pur 1 cup of Coconut Milk  to it and add 1 tbsp of Organic Cocoa. Heat up for app 1 minute and put it into the bowl. Now add Almonds, Chia Seeds and Raw honey or Jam for taste!

Green Bowl with Buckwheat, Pumpkin and Chia Seeds

Ingredients for Smoothie:

– 1 cup of Kale

– 1 tbsp of Wheatgrass from Organic Burst

– 1 tbsp of Spirulina Powder from Organic Burst

– half of Banana

– 1 Apple

– 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds

– 2 cups of Almond Milk/Water

Blend it all and pour on cooked Buckwheat!

Acai Berry Banana Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients:

– 2 cups of cooked Oatmeal 

– 1 Sliced Banana

– 1 Capsule of Acai Berry from Organic Burst

– Blueberries/ Black Currant Berries to top

– Almond/Rice Milk to make Acai Smoothie

Cook 2 cups of Oats for 10 minutes in water (you can add turmeric, ginger and cinnamon for extra flavour), add sliced Banana, pour mixed Almond/Rice Milk with Acai Berries, put Blueberries or Black Currant Berries on the top.
